Jigsaw’s founders, Elspeth and Mark Timmans, spent many years working in publishing, higher education, e-learning, and business analysis and training. We have now channelled our experience and that of our team into a unique approach: excellent instructional design – how people’s minds work – is the starting point, not the latest flashy technology.
